The payment processors accept various currencies including - Pounds Sterling, Euro, US Dollars, Yen, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar. You may pay in any currency but charges may apply for currency exchange. When you pay, the payment processor handles the conversion for you. DNADynamo licenses allow you to install and run the licensed software on the stated number of computers. ie DNADynamo licenses are sold on a per computer basis. If you buy a license for 4 computers, they can be a mix of Windows PCs, OS Xs and Linux. Updates for DNADynamo software are free. We have a 'Fair Use' policy, so you can request an updated license KEY for a replacement computer - the intention is to allow you to install DNA Dynamo on another computer if your old computer breaks down or you upgrade to a new computer.

Please fax your official order on company letterhead. Purchasing Problems ?
Q - My purchasing department says they don't like buying products from small/foreign companies. What can I do ?
University departments often have a corporate credit card that they can use to purchase items directly rather than via purchase order. Some users have also used personal credit cards to purchase our software, and then asked us to send them proof of purchase invoices so they can claim the money back from their university as expenses. Alternatively you may ask a software re-seller in your country to purchase the software on your behalf. Email email@example.com if you wish to purchase our software but are unsure how to in your particular country.
Q - What happens when I buy on line with a credit card
The BuyNow buttons allow you to pay for DNA Dynamo by credit/debit card. Part of the payment process involves entering your email address. After you have completed the transaction we will email you a download link for the licensed software and a license KEY to activate the software.
Q - Where is my software
DNADynamo is a digital download only - nothing is sent in the post. When you order you must supply an email address. If you haven't received an email from us containing your download link and license key within 1-2 business days, check your spam/junk email folder in case our email as been incorrectly filtered by your email system. If you still cannot find our email, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply directly to your email - which should be filtered correctly by your email system. If your order has been placed by a purchasing department, and they have used their own email address - the purchasing department must forward you (the end user) the email containing download and activation instructions.
Q - Activating DNADynamo software
You purchase a license which entitles you to install and activate DNA Dynamo software on the stated number of computers. ie DNADynamo licenses are sold on a per computer basis. You activate computers by entering your license KEY, accepting the license agreement, and pressing the 'REGISTER' button to register your license agreement with BlueTractorSoftware Ltd and activate your computer. If you purchase a license for 'one computer' your licensed DNA Dynamo software will only run on your single activated computer. If you want to run DNADynamo on more than one computer you must purchase the appropriate number of licenses.
Q - Old license KEY system replaced in May 2013
Users who purchased a license before May 2013 use an older license KEY system, where they first filled out a registration form, and were then emailed a separate key for each registered computer. This license KEY system has now been replaced with a 3rd party on-line license key activation and registration system. If you purchased a license before May 2013 you will continue to use the old license KEY system, which continues to operate for all updates to DNADynamo software
