You may pay in any currency but charges may apply for currency exchange. When you pay, the payment processor handles the conversion for you. Prices quoted in JPY, CAD and AUD on this page are approximate and calculated on the fly by Element5/Share*It. Please fax your official order on company letterhead. Please include the following information : * The product name and the product ID* The requested quantity * The name the product will be licensed to * Your billing address and your delivery address, if different * Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order * The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different * The requested billing currency.

Purchase orders must include the end users name and email address - for licensing and delivery via email.

Purchasing Problems ?

Q - My purchasing department says they don't like buying products from small/foreign companies. What can I do ?

University departments often have a corporate credit card that they can use to purchase items directly rather than via purchase order. Some users have also used personal credit cards to purchase our software, and then asked us to send them proof of purchase invoices so they can claim the money back from their university as expenses. Alternatively you may ask a software re-seller in your country to purchase the software on your behalf. Email support@bluetractorsoftware.co.uk if you wish to purchase our software but are unsure how to in your particular country.

Q - What happens when I buy on line with a credit card

The BuyNow buttons allow you to pay for DNADynamo by credit/debit card. Part of the payment process involves entering your email address. After you have completed the transaction we will contact you by email if necessary to arrange your registration if you have not previously registered a computer with us using the email address used for your purchase. A download link for your licensed software will be sent to you by email. Note that the process is not automated as it is subject to verification, and we operate within UK business hours. If you purchase a license for DNADynamo on-line there may be a delay before you receive your license.

Q - Where is my software

If you haven't received an email from us containing your download link and license key within 1-2 business days, check your spam/junk email folder in case our email as been incorrectly filtered by your email system. If you still cannot find our email, email support@bluetractorsoftware.co.uk and we will reply directly to your email - which should be filtered correctly by your email system.

Q - What is a registered computer

A registered computer is a computer on which you have registered your license agreement and computers details with BlueTractorSoftware using either the GetDynamo registration program or the DNADynamo demo software. You purchase a license which entitles you to install and run DNADynamo software on the stated number of registered computers. ie DNADynamo licenses are sold on a per computer basis. If you purchase a license for 'one registered computer' your licensed DNADynamo software will only run on your single designated registered computer.
